One of IONTECH‘s most recent projects proves this: the installation of a 12kW wind turbine at a hotel in Caminha.
This hotel, located in a privileged area near the Minho coast, sought to reinforce its commitment to sustainable energy production. We had previously been responsible for installing a photovoltaic panel system, contributing significantly to reducing this unit’s energy consumption.
With the good results obtained in the first phase of the project, the client once again entrusted IONTECH with the integration of a new solution—this time, through wind energy.
12kW Wind Turbine: enhanced energy autonomy
IONTECH’s technical team was responsible for the entire wind turbine installation process:
- Location analysis and feasibility study
- Equipment selection and supply
- Installation and connection to the internal network
- Post-installation monitoring and technical assistance
The installed wind turbine has a power output of 12 kW, complementing the production of the photovoltaic system.
